Risima Management Consulting (RMC) is 100% black female owned entity that exists with the prescripts of South African Companies Act No. 61 of 1973. Risima was founded in 2016. Risima is a Tsonga name loosely translated as “to give value”. At the very core of their existence, customers are always looking for value, and when they see value, they invest in it. Value brings about Happiness, Satisfaction and Loyalty. Our overall goal is to provide hands on support in providing value-orientated solutions to our clients’ needs.

Risima’s organizational structure is informed by core business activities. This structure has been tried and tested in our organization and found to be very effective and efficient as it allows each business unit to function without affecting other areas of the business.

Individual roles and responsibilities are defined in the detailed organogram. Each business unit has a responsibility to increase income and deliver quality services to our valued clients. Risima has a service delivery method and strategy; this structure allows management room for growth within the organization as they acquire more skills in their personal development
